WHO WE ARE

Picture
Established in 2013, HRNCIR Construction serves the commercial tenant improvement, capital improvement and small to mid-size complete shell building needs of commercial real estate and corporate clients throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.  Founded upon integrity, a genuine care and concern for  the varied needs of the client as well as each employee and their family, and an undeniable quest for excellence, HRNCIR takes pride in delivering at the highest level on every project, regardless of size, scope or the combination of challenges presented.

HRNCIR Construction’s dedicated team of professionals, made up of a unique blend of youthful enthusiasm and seasoned expertise, utilize sophisticated systems, tools, and processes coupled with an incredible work ethic to make each construction project seem like a relatively simple and even enjoyable process.  Thorough and calculated planning leads to proactive management, sequential material & equipment deliveries and installations, producing results of the highest quality. Subsequent analyzation of our performance and that of our subcontractor and vendor partners, allows us to continuously learn and better ourselves each time we compete for and start a new project.

Recognized as Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield) “Outstanding Service General Contractor” for 2014, a “Top 10 Best Places to Work” finalist by the Dallas Business Journal in 2015, and selected as “Best Places to Work” finalist again in 2016, HRNCIR Construction has quickly become a respected name in the local construction industry.  In 2018, HRNCIR Construction won First Place in the Dallas Business Journal "Best Places to Work" competition. By continually evaluating and hiring bright like-minded construction talent, HRNCIR construction is poised to continue its strategic growth pattern along with its loyal client base and in the size and complexity of projects pursued.
